Alaska pollock, Wheat flour, Starch, salt, sugar, dry yeast, Corn Flour, Soy oil, Fatty Acid, Sodium Hydrogen carbonate, Guar Gum
Do not refreeze.
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.
Oven: Preheat to 220°C / 425°F. Place frozen fillet(s) on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 20 to 22 minutes until crisp. Turn product halfway through bake time for best results.
Deep Fry: Heat oil to 180°C / 350°F. Fry frozen fillet(s) for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes until product is golden brown.
Microwave: cooking is not recommended
