Alaska Pollock 60% (Fish), Wheat Flour, Sunflower Oil, water, Starch (Wheat, Potato, Maize), Salt, Yeast, Citric Acid, Black Pepper.
Do not refreeze.
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.
Oven: Preheat to 220°C / 425°F. Place frozen fillet(s) on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 20 to 22 minutes until crisp. Turn product halfway through bake time for best results.
Deep Fry: Heat oil to 180°C / 350°F. Fry frozen fillet(s) for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes until product is golden brown.
Microwave: cooking is not recommended
