The flesh of fish is delicate and easy to overcook with traditional techniques, but cooking sous vide ensures that your fish remains moist, flavourful and vibrant. Vacuum packed for both Sous-Vide and microwave. Marinated and/or spiced fish portions made of Atlantic Salmon, Atlantic Cod, Sea Bass, Yellow fin Tuna in special recipes provided by our chef. Packaged in Retail designed boxes. Kosher certified.
