Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.
Grill OR BBQ: Preheat to medium heat (180°C / 350°F). Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
Oven: Preheat to 200°C / 400°F. Place frozen burger(s) on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 9 to 10 minutes on each side.
Grill: Preheat grill to med-high (180 – 190°C / 350 – 375°F). Spray aluminum foil lightly with cooking oil then place on preheated grill. Remove fillet from pouch and place skin side down on foil. Grill 20 – 25 minutes.
Microwave: Remove fillet from pouch and place skin side down in microwave-safe dish. Cover dish loosely with paper towel. Additional cooking time is needed when cooking 2 fillets. Microwave on high 3 – 4 minutes. Let stand in microwave 2 minutes, then carefully remove.
