Sous-Vide Atlantic Salmon Portions in Asian Sauce
Atlantic Salmon, Soy sauce, Sweat Chilli sauce, Lemon concentrate, Modified Starch, water
Do not refreeze.
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.
Oven: Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F . Remove fillet from pouch and place skin side down in foil-lined baking pan. Bake 28 – 32 minutes in center of oven.
Grill: Preheat grill to med-high (180 – 190°C / 350 – 375°F). Spray aluminum foil lightly with cooking oil then place on preheated grill. Remove fillet from pouch and place skin side down on foil. Grill 20 – 25 minutes.
Microwave: Remove fillet from pouch and place skin side down in microwave-safe dish. Cover dish loosely with paper towel. Additional cooking time is needed when cooking 2 fillets. Microwave on high 3 – 4 minutes. Let stand in microwave 2 minutes, then carefully remove.
