Alaska Pollock fillets, (60%) , Wheat flour, Water, Sunflower oil. Maize flour, Salt, Yeast, Wheat gluten, Garlic powder, Dill, Parsley, Wheat starch, Sugar, Rape oil, Flavouring, Yeast extract, Onion powder, Mustard, Malt vinegar powder, White Pepper, Citric acid, Dill extract, Lemon Oil, Turmeric extract
Do not refreeze.
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.
Oven: Preheat to 220°C / 425°F. Place frozen fillet(s) on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 20 to 22 minutes until crisp. Turn product halfway through bake time for best results.
Deep Fry: Heat oil to 180°C / 350°F. Fry frozen fillet(s) for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes until product is golden brown.
